Ethic

In terms of ethnic cuisine, Lausanne has a little less diverse cuisine than the other Swiss cities. There are of course Chinese, Japanese and Lebanese restaurants, however American cuisine seems to have conquered Lausanne with places such as The Great Escape and Zoo Burger. Fun fact though: the city has a real authentic Mexican restaurant called the Burrito Brothers.
