I have not received the activation e-mail for my ZIP.ch account. What can I do?

An activation e-mail is automatically sent to the address given in the sign up form. You may have not received the activation e-mail for the following reasons:

  • Your e-mail address was not correctly entered in the registration form
  • Your inbox has sorted the message into your spam folder.

Please, try creating a new account with a valid e-mail address or check your spam folder.
