What can I do if the activation code sent is not correct?

Simply select the method of reception for your activation code again. A new code will then be generated. Please note that the validity period varies according to the chosen method:

• by telephone (including SMS) 15 minutes
• by e-mail: 24 hours
• by post: 14 working days from receipt of the request.
