Why has content been modified/deleted from my listing?

The content quality within ZIP.ch echosystem is one of our top priorities. Each publication (whether a phone book listing, a City Explorer article etc.) is subject to our rigorous check to avoid undesirable content. There is a “Report an abuse” button available on each listing containing user generated content in order to improve the quality control process already in place. We reserve the right to modify and/or remove (entirely or partially) content which breaches our General Terms of Use, our Legal Information and our Publication Guide.
