I do not appear in the ZIP.ch phone book, despite having initially registered with Swisscom Directories Ltd (Local.ch/Search.ch). What can I do?

Modifications, additions or removal from the Swisscom Directories Ltd regulated database can take up to 48 hours to be updated on ZIP.ch.

If you have already registered with Swisscom Directories Ltd and the error persists after 48hours, send us a message and we will contact you as soon as possible.
