What should I do if I am asked to make a payment outside of the channels given in the General Terms and Conditions?

Online payments are carried out through a secure interface via our partner DataTrans.ch, which is available for online purchases on ZIP.ch. No other institution is authorised to deduct a payment on ZIP.ch behalf.
