Vegetarian & Vegan
There are not a lot of vegetarian or vegan restaurants in Lausanne, apart from Le Fraisier and the Veganopolis Café. However many restaurants offer within their menus vegan and vegetarian dishes. Many places such as Takinoa, have also started offering gluten-free dishes, as well as dishes without lactose and are highly successful.
